Drafting note: This document is a comprehensive starting template prepared with reference to Indian contract law, the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020), and general international consumer-protection norms (including EU/UK and New Zealand Fair Trading Act principles relevant to digital content sales). It is not a substitute for review by a qualified Indian commercial lawyer before publication — particularly given your transitional sole-proprietorship-to-Pvt-Ltd structure and dual-jurisdiction payment processing, both of which should be reflected accurately and kept current as your entity structure changes.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”, “you”, “your”) and Qraft Query (“Qraft Query”, “we”, “us”, “our”), currently operating as a sole proprietorship registered in India, governing your access to and use of the website projects.qraftquery.com and all associated services, including digital training tracks, job simulations, and internship certification programs (collectively, the “Services”).
By creating an account, accessing the Platform, or making a payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age, or have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction with the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to register for and use the Services. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement and that all registration information you provide is accurate and current.
3. Nature of Services — Educational Simulations, Not Employment
This section is of fundamental importance and governs your relationship with Qraft Query. Please read it carefully.
3.1 Educational and Simulated Nature
The “internships,” “job simulations,” and related programs offered through the Platform (the “Program(s)”) are simulated, project-based educational and skill-training experiences only. They are designed to provide hands-on practice in domains such as Data Analytics (including SQL, Python, and Power BI dashboards) and Engineering (including supply chain logistics and operational optimization models).
3.2 No Employment Relationship
You expressly acknowledge and agree that:
- Your enrollment in, and completion of, any Program does NOT create an employer-employee relationship, an internship-in-law relationship, an agency relationship, or any other form of employment relationship between you and Qraft Query, whether under the Industrial Employment (Standing Orders) Act, 1946, the Apprentices Act, 1961, any other Indian labor or employment legislation, or any equivalent New Zealand employment law (including the Employment Relations Act 2000).
- No monetary compensation, wages, stipend, or remuneration of any kind is paid or payable to you for participating in, or completing, any Program.
- Qraft Query does not guarantee, promise, or imply any job placement, job offer, interview opportunity, or employment outcome with Qraft Query or any third-party company, whether during or after completion of a Program.
- Any reference to “internship,” “job simulation,” or similar terminology on the Platform refers solely to the simulated, educational design of the Program content and must not be construed as a representation of statutory or legal internship status.
3.3 No Professional or Career Guarantee
While we design our Programs to build practical, job-relevant skills, we make no warranty or guarantee regarding employability outcomes, salary expectations, or career advancement resulting from completion of any Program.
4. Account Registration and Security
- You must create an account to access most Services. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to keep such information up to date.
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
- You must notify us immediately at [Insert Contact Email] of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false, inaccurate, or fraudulent registration information.
5. Course Completion, Verification, and Certificates
5.1 Issuance of Certificates
Upon successful completion of a Program’s required modules, assessments, and project deliverables (as tracked through our LearnDash-based learning management system), you may be issued an Internship Certificate evidencing completion of the relevant simulation track.
5.2 Right to Verify
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to review, audit, and verify course completion data — including quiz scores, code submissions, dashboard outputs, and progress metrics — before issuing any certificate. We may withhold, delay, or decline to issue a certificate pending such verification.
5.3 Prohibition on Manipulation and Cheating
You agree that you will not:
- Manipulate, tamper with, or exploit bugs, scripts, or vulnerabilities in the Platform or LMS to artificially inflate completion percentages, points, quiz scores, or progress metrics;
- Use unauthorized third-party tools, automation, bots, or shared/purchased answer keys to bypass genuine completion of assessments or project work;
- Submit plagiarized, copied, or fraudulently obtained project deliverables as your own original work;
- Allow another person to complete a Program, or any part thereof, on your behalf, or otherwise impersonate another user.
Any user found, in our reasonable determination, to have engaged in the conduct described above will face immediate account suspension or termination, and any certificate already issued on the basis of manipulated, fraudulent, or improperly obtained completion data will be deemed null, void, and subject to forfeiture and revocation. We further reserve the right to publicly invalidate any such certificate upon a verification request from a third party (e.g., a prospective employer), without liability to you.
5.4 Certificate Verification by Third Parties
We may, at our discretion, provide a mechanism for third parties (such as prospective employers) to verify the authenticity of a certificate issued by us. You consent to such verification disclosures, which will be limited to confirming the validity and details of program completion.
6. Fees and Payment
- Access to certain Programs requires payment of applicable fees, as displayed on the Platform at the time of purchase, inclusive of any applicable taxes (including GST, where applicable).
- Domestic Indian transactions are processed via Cashfree Payments. International credit card transactions are processed via a Stripe account currently held in New Zealand, on a temporary basis, as described in our Privacy Policy.
- We do not store your full card details on our servers; all payments are processed via secure, tokenized connections with our payment processors.
- All fees are quoted and payable in the currency displayed at checkout. You are responsible for any currency conversion fees, foreign transaction fees, or bank charges levied by your card issuer or bank in connection with cross-border payment processing.
- We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time; changes will not affect Programs already purchased.
7. Refund Policy
PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY BEFORE MAKING A PURCHASE.
Our Programs consist of digital educational content that is made immediately accessible to you upon successful payment and account provisioning (e.g., course materials, datasets, and simulation environments become available instantly). Accordingly:
- All sales are final and non-refundable once access to the purchased Program has been granted, except as expressly set out below or as required under applicable mandatory consumer protection law.
- Where required under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 (India), or equivalent mandatory consumer protection legislation in your jurisdiction (including the Fair Trading Act 1986 (New Zealand), where applicable), you may be entitled to a refund, replacement, or other remedy notwithstanding the general policy above, and nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable statutory right you may hold.
- If you believe you have been charged in error, or experience a verified technical failure that prevents you from accessing purchased content, please contact us at [Insert Contact Email] within [Insert Number, e.g., 7] days of purchase, and we will review your request in good faith.
- Refunds, where granted, will be processed to the original payment method via Stripe or Cashfree, as applicable, within [Insert Number] business days.
8. Intellectual Property Rights
8.1 Ownership
All content on the Platform — including but not limited to project structures, simulation scenarios, datasets, case studies, course curriculum materials, video lectures, assessments, software code provided as part of course material, graphics, logos, and the Qraft Query name and branding — is the exclusive intellectual property of Qraft Query and/or its licensors, and is protected under the Copyright Act, 1957, the Trade Marks Act, 1999, and other applicable Indian and international intellectual property laws.
8.2 Limited License to You
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the course materials solely for your personal, non-commercial educational use.
8.3 Restrictions
You shall not, and shall not permit any third party to:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or republish any course materials, datasets, or simulation content;
- Resell, sublicense, rent, lease, or otherwise commercially exploit any Platform content;
- Modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works based on Platform content, except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by applicable law;
- Remove, obscure, or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary rights notices contained in the materials.
Violation of this Section may result in immediate account termination and may expose you to civil and/or criminal liability under applicable intellectual property and cyber laws.
9. User Conduct
In using the Platform, you agree that you will not:
- Violate any applicable law, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules made thereunder;
- Upload or transmit any content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, infringing, or harmful;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform, other users’ accounts, or our servers and network infrastructure;
- Introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code to the Platform;
- Engage in the cheating, manipulation, or fraudulent conduct described in Section 5.3.
10. Third-Party Services
The Platform integrates third-party services, including Stripe (New Zealand) and Cashfree (India) for payment processing, and the LiteSpeed Cache plugin for performance optimization. Your use of these integrated services is also subject to the respective third party’s terms of service and privacy policy. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, or service interruptions of third-party providers.
11. Disclaimers
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT, EXCEPT WHERE SUCH DISCLAIMER IS PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE LAW.
We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any defects will be corrected. We do not guarantee specific learning outcomes, skill acquisition levels, or career/employment results from completing any Program.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Qraft Query, its founder, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us for the specific Program giving rise to the claim in the [Insert Number, e.g., 6] months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable Indian consumer protection law or other mandatory law.
13. Suspension and Termination
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Services, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, including the prohibitions on cheating and intellectual property misuse described above.
- You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at [Insert Contact Email]. Termination does not entitle you to a refund except as set out in Section 7.
- Sections relating to Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Governing Law, and any other provision that by its nature should survive, will survive termination of these Terms.
14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Subject to applicable mandatory consumer protection rules in your jurisdiction (which may entitle you to bring proceedings in your local courts notwithstanding this clause), the courts at [Insert City, e.g., your city of business registration], India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services.
We encourage users to first contact us at [Insert Contact Email] to attempt to resolve any dispute informally before pursuing formal legal action.

16. Changes to Business Structure
You acknowledge that Qraft Query currently operates as a sole proprietorship and intends to transition to a private limited company incorporated in India, with a corresponding consolidation of payment processing infrastructure. Upon such incorporation, all rights and obligations under these Terms (including with respect to existing user accounts, certificates, and purchased Programs) shall automatically transfer to and be assumed by the successor incorporated entity, and references to “Qraft Query” in these Terms shall thereafter refer to that entity. We will notify users of this transition via the Platform or by email.
17. Modifications to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Services, business structure, or applicable law. We will post the revised Terms on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date and, for material changes, will provide notice via the Platform or email.
